We take pride in the uniqueness of our handcrafted products, which often feature charming imperfections that add to their beauty. However, if you do wish to return a product, please follow the steps outlined below
If you notice any damage to your product or have concerns about the size, please email us at shreenathcollection1961@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Include a detailed description of the issue and a photo to help us assist you.
At SHREENATH, we strive to provide top-quality products. However, we understand that occasional issues may arise.
Exchange Conditions:
- We exchange goods within 2 days of delivery.
- Exchange is only valid for company damage (manufacturing defects) or size variations.
- No physical damage or misuse will be accepted for exchange.
- Items must be in their original condition with tags intact.
- Goods require dry cleaning only.
Important Notes:
- We do not accept returns.
- Exchanges are subject to inspection and verification.

We will either send you a replacement product or issue a refund in the form of a credit note, which can be used for online shopping at Shreenath Collection. Please note that there will be a shipping charge of ₹250 for returns or replacements.
Items purchased from our physical stores, exhibitions, or on sale are not eligible for exchanges or refunds online.
To return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at shreenathcollection1961@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package back. Please ensure you request a return before sending anything, as items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once we receive your return, we will send the replacement, which may take 8-12 days.

Damages and Issues
When you receive your order, please check it right away. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
